2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Store delivers EXCLUSIVELY digital products (personalized audio files / songs). There is no physical shipment.
• Production time: 1–3 business days.
• Ambient Album production time: 4–7 days (more extensive production with studio mastering).
• Delivery method: download link or e-mail.
• Digital delivery is FREE worldwide.
• No customs or duties apply to digital files.

3. ORDER TRACKING
The customer receives an order confirmation and progress updates by e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and valid e-mail address.

4. DELAYS
The Merchant is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by third-party providers (e-mail, hosting or payment services).

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content. By placing an order, the customer consents to immediate production and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
