1. About our service

KATANAFLOW was born from a passion for music and the power of artificial intelligence. With this service, we create personalized songs and albums based on your input and story. No studio, no record label — just a digital experience where emotion, connection, and technology converge. That's the product of KATANAFLOW: to give the gift of feeling.

2. Custom digital products

The songs you receive through KATANAFLOW are completely custom-made. Therefore, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal: orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned after payment.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your experience is our top priority. That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every order. Every order includes one free edit as standard. You can request this one-time edit via our Contact page and specify what you'd like to change in atmosphere, content, or pronunciation. Not happy with the result? Let us know within 3 days after delivery via our Contact page and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

4. Delivery time

We aim to deliver your personalized song within 10 minutes of payment. Thanks to effective automation, this is possible in most cases, 24/7. During peak demand or special requests, processing time may increase slightly. In exceptional cases, such as a moderation check for inappropriate content, it may take up to 3 business days. If intentionally offensive, hateful, or otherwise unacceptable content has been submitted, KATANAFLOW reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.

5. Use and ownership rights

The songs you receive via KATANAFLOW are intended for personal use only. All rights to the generated songs remain with KATANAFLOW and/or the underlying AI partners. You receive a non-exclusive, non-commercial use license. You may listen to the song, give it as a gift, or share it with friends or family — but not sell it, upload it to commercial platforms, or use it for marketing purposes.

6. Audio file

If you'd like to save the song or play it offline, you can purchase the audio file as an MP3 via the playback page. This purchase does not grant any commercial rights. It remains a personal use file.

7. Storage and retention period

By using our service, you consent to the storage of the generated song on secure cloud servers. We retain each song for at least one year after creation. If a song receives no visitors for an extended period, we reserve the right to archive or delete it. If this happens, you will receive a notification in advance via your email address.

8. Your input

The quality of the final result depends heavily on what you provide. Make sure your input is complete, clear, and on time. KATANAFLOW is not liable for disappointing results from incomplete, contradictory, or confusing input.

9. Tracking and cookies

Our website uses cookies and tracking pixels to personalize your experience. With your permission, we carefully tailor your visit and experience to make every song a true hit.

10. Liability

KATANAFLOW is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or immaterial damage (such as loss of income or emotional consequences)
• Inaccuracies in automatically generated content such as song lyrics or music that do not match expectations
• Temporary unavailability of our service or technical failures beyond our control
• Misuse of the songs or distribution outside their intended context

Use of KATANAFLOW is always at your own risk. If liability does arise, it is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

11. Payment

Orders are prepaid using the payment methods listed on our website. Your order will begin processing once payment is confirmed. We accept customers from worldwide — Europe, Americas, Asia, and beyond.

12. AI dependency and force majeure

KATANAFLOW uses external AI systems to generate personalized songs, lyrics, and/or visuals. The availability and speed of these external services are beyond our control. In the event of disruptions or delays, KATANAFLOW is entitled to suspend the delivery time. Such delays do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement or refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Privacy

We handle your data with care. Everything you share with us is used solely to create, store, and deliver your song. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
